The Wichita Chorus Sweet Adelines International is a women's barbershop chorus that rehearses weekly, provides public engagements, and competes with other Sweet Adelines at the Regional and International levels. The Wichita Chorus ia a Region 7 championship chorus. There are many ways that you can enjoy the music of the Wichita Chorus.

Christmas Chorus - Come Sing With Us

“Here we come a-caroling…”  If you love singing and sharing the joys of Christmas, The Wichita Chorus Sweet Adelines invites women from our community to join us for several public performances in December.  These performances will include Illuminations at Botanica and Lights on the Lake at Heartspring.

Attend eight (8) rehearsals beginning Monday, October 5, 2009, from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM at the Midtown Community Resource Center.  You will learn several types of Christmas songs all sung a cappella in the barbershop style.  Traditional songs like “Silver Bells” and “Silent Night” to favorites like “Mary Did You Know” and classics like “Marshmallow World”.  Bring all of your friends and neighbors and join us in making your Christmas season a special one to remember.

Cocoa, Cookies, & Carols - December 5, 2009

This wonderful family tradition returns with extended hours and more activities. Shop for crafts. listen to great music, sing your favorite Christmas carols with the Wichita Chorus, and of course, enjoy homemade cookies, coffee, tea, and cocoa. Have your photo take with Santa and enjoy performances by the Wichita Chorus and our guests!

Crafters from the area call to reserve your booth space! Downtown location. Storefront parking. Hours: 10 - 4.

Public and Private Performances

Members of the Wichita Chorus are proud to sing for special events, anniversaries, and charity functions. The entire chorus, small groups, and quartets are available for your entertainment needs. The Wichita Chorus is always looking for energetic women of all ages to join us on the risers. The benefits are as limitless as your imagination.
