The Army provides training in more than 150 job specialties with education, medical and dental benefits. Bonuses are up to $40,000, the college fund is up to $81,000 and the Army can pay off up to $65,000 in qualifying student loans. Other benefits are tuition assistance and 30 days of paid vacation earned each year. These benefits are based on the individual's qualification: physical, morale and mental.
