Southside Home Center is a family owned dealership with over 60 years of combined experience. Southside Homes is a custom homebuilder and we can build any floor plan as well as provide financing for the land and home package of your choice. If custom building is not the answer for you, we also have certified pre-owned homes available for the price-conscious customer. Our company is customer orientated and we pride ourselves on our quality of service that we extend to all our customers.

We carry Liberty, Bonnavilla, Solitaire, Champion, and Fleetwood brand homes. Our homes can be built to IRC (International Building Code) standards. Some of our standards include 2x6 exterior walls, with all 16” on center construction. Energy star windows are also a standard feature as well as 13 seer Coleman A/C and furnace systems to help make our homes some of the most efficient available.
