The Auburn Hills Golf Course Community will feature 800 homes situated around the city of Wichita's newest and most beautiful golf course.

The residential community opened in 1999 just south of Maple and 135th Street West featuring beautiful scenery, playground areas, clubhouse,  and four community pools.

Homes are priced from $140,000 to $500,000 and are available in a variety of different floorplans from 13 approved builders.

The $11 Million Auburn Hills Golf Course is a 145-acre 18 hole course that is open to the public. This beautiful and challenging course is lined with 1800 trees and has 13 lakes. The par 72 layout will play 7253 yards from the championship tees.
