Parkstone at College Hill is a new beginning in a historic neighborhood and one of the most unique residential areas ever to be built in Wichita. Located at Douglas Avenue and Rutan, extending to First Street, Parkstone at College Hill is centrally located, close to downtown and Old Town, and minutes from east or west retail and services.

Parkstone is nestled within the College Hill community, and is comprised of a secure high-rise tower and brownstone-style residences. Approximately 25 three-story brownstone-style residences are planned for Parkstone, as well as an estimated 84 condominiums in the 14 to 15-story tower.
