Long John Silver’s is now locally owned and operated.

NEW MANAGEMENT = BIG CHANGES!

New restaurants are being built and the current locations are being completely re-modeled and updated. The newest LJS in Wichita just opened at the Rock and Kellogg intersection. Built by INK Construction, this restaurant boasts a modern, up-scale look outside and a comfortable, fun atmosphere inside.

While you're hanging out in our cozy new digs, check out our new menu line including the "FRESHSIDE GRILL" lines (350 calorie meals and fewer than 10 grams of fat).

A lot of other new menu items are coming this summer along with permanent additions, such as the ever popular Chicken and Fish Flatbreads.  The Long John Silver’s flatbread was an original menu item in the early 90's. If you love Chipotle sauce, you will love these meals!

We’ve also added a "New Salad Line" with seafood salad and Chicken club salads. Another low calorie option to compliment our Freshside Grills.

LJS BIG BAILOUT A HUGE SUCCESS!
We ran the Big Bailout promotion througout the first quarter of this year and had a lot of fun with it. We randomly selected a customer between 11 and 1 each day at all of our locations to receive their meal(s) on us...regardless of order size. Below is just a small sampling of the customer comments:
