Enjoy an evening of fine dining at Red Rock Canyon Grill. Start off with one of our delicious appetizers, including Millionaire's Shrimp, Shrimp Cargot, and Spinach Artichoke Dip.

Move on to one of our delicious main courses, where there is a taste to suit everyone. Some of the selections on our menu include Wood-Fired Rotisserie Chicken, Ribeye Steak, Beef Tenderloin, and Short Smoked Atlantic Salmon.

Join us every Thursday night for two for one martinis where we feature our extensive martini list including our popular Perfect Margarita.  Also, every Thursday and Friday nights we have live entertainment on the patio, weather permitting.  Come and enjoy what local bands and talents have to offer.

Have a larger party?  No problem!!  We take reservations for parties of 8 or more and call ahead seating up to 30 minutes in advance for parties less than 8.
