Job Description:

Answering multi-line phone system and accomodate hotel guests by making reservations, registering and assigning rooms, keeping detailed records.
Must be available to work either 1st or 2nd shift.

Job Requirements
*Must have excellent guest service skills with previous experience in customer service
*Flexibility in weekly schedule and must be available to work weekends and holidays
*Must process and maintain a clean and professional appearance
*Must have basic office skills and phone etiquette
*Previous reservations or call center experience a plus
*Must be detail-oriented and handle multiple tasks in fast paced environment
*Knowledge of general computer programs
