Job Description:
Responsible for managing all kitchen operations at an assigned restaurant including prep and grill. Confers with kitchen and line personnel regarding food preparation. Oversees cleaning and maintenance of equipment and facilities and ensures that all health and safety regulations are adhered to. Supervise, direct and coach kitchen employees working during the shift. Sets and maintains pace of the kitchen.
