Job Description:

Job Summary:
Expedite materials.

Job Duties:
Use forklifts to move and deliver material throughout the production areas and warehouse. Loading and unloading of trucks. Expedite raw materials, purchased and production parts between departments. Verify quantities by counting or weighing. Verification of quantities and processing of all records required for inventory control. Locate source and pick up material from sample parts or verbal descriptions. Locates stock accurately and in good condition while maintaining proper location updates and traceability. Maintain all documents to insure accurate inventories. Attaches identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information on cases, bales, or other containers. Picks and delivers stock as specified on pick tickets, packing lists, drawings or counter requests. Work from computer printouts or terminal as necessary. Meets productivity standards; Completes work in a timely manner; Strives to increase productivity; Works quickly. Provide support to all internal customers. Perform all job duties within company guidelines, policies, standards, and specifications. Perform all other job duties as assigned and delegated by supervisor.

Job Requirements:
Responds promptly to internal customer needs; responds to requests for service and assistance
Ability to safely operate required equipment.
Fork truck experience
Safe driving record.

Qualifications:
•Responds promptly to internal customer needs; responds to requests for service and assistance
•High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
•Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information in one on one and small group situations, clients, and other employees of the organization.
•Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
•Possess or demonstrates the ability to acquire forklift certification(s).
