If so, consider applying for Heartspring's Home Paraeducator position. We currently have several openings for the following shifts:
2nd Shift Weekday
Sun – Thurs 3:15 p.m. to 10:45 p.m.
2nd Shift Weekend
Friday 2:45 p.m. – 10 p.m.
Saturday 7:30 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Sunday 7:30 a.m. – 3:45 p.m.
In this job you would provide instruction and positive behavioral support to children with developmental disabilities and behavior disorders in a group home setting on the Heartspring campus. Experience/training with individuals with disabilities is preferred however we provide an excellent training program. Liberal benefits include 2 weeks annual paid leave. Minimum requirements: High School diploma or GED, valid KS driver’s license and good driving record. Starting pay $9.38-$11.71 based on related experience. Must be able to physically manage inappropriate behaviors.
